Av-Tools.com, Inc. is in no way liable to the use or operation of any tool or piece of equipment sold by us. The items bought from Av-Tools.com, Inc. should be looked over by a certified repair and calibration company that specializes in the tools manufacturer before use. All tools and equipment (T&E) bought from us should be used by an FAA certified A&P mechanic or when dealing with avionics equipment should be an FCC certified technician with approved and accredited training. The person that uses the tools and equipment bought from Av-Tools.com, Inc. assumes all risk and responsibility. The tools and equipment are sold "AS-IS-WHERE-IS" WITH ALL FAULTS.

Av-Tools.com's policy is when buying surplus T&E from other companies, the sale is understood "as is, no returns". This means there are no returns, all sales are final unless otherwise negotiated.

Av-Tools.com's policy is when selling surplus T&E to our customers we cannot guarantee the item is in operational condition, we cannot guarantee the T&E kits have all the associated parts. When our customers buy surplus T&E from us they understand the terms of the sale, "as is, no returns unless otherwise negotiated".

We guarantee that you will know exactly what you are buying from us. We use the internet as a our main source for communications, through email and our custom designed web pages (must make special request) of the products you purchase, there's no guess work. Our phone support will confirm our commitment to communications with our customers.
